- toileting, bladder and bowel management and menstrual care;
- eating and drinking;
- use of aids and appliances, hearing and communication devices.
We can support you to:
- attend community events or personal development courses;
- join a social and/or a sporting club;
- take an outing or a holiday;
- visit friends and family;
- see a movie or a concert.
We can assist you with the following:
We can help you to attend training and recreational activities that focus on building a skill. We can also support you to develop maintain or increase skills for independence and community participation.
We can assist you to get around or accompany you out into the community. This can include things like shopping trips, social events, or transport to medical appointments.
We can help you build your ability to connect with informal, community and funded supports enabling you to get the most out of your plan and pursue your goals.
Around the clock support is available to all participants and support staff. We are always here for you.
