Hi, I’m Desleigh. I’m married with two adult daughters and four wonderful grandchildren. I enjoy travelling in our caravan, picnics, gym sessions, and walks — always making the most of each day.

I’m mostly available to support you on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, with evenings on other days, plus the occasional Sunday. 

With over 10 years of experience as a support worker, I’ve worked with Blue Nurses on the Gold Coast and Clover Agency in Melbourne. I completed my Enrolled Nurse diploma at Canberra Hospital in 1978 and have cared for clients in group homes and private residences across Canberra.

I believe compassion and kindness are key to quality care. I aim to make each visit positive, knowing that sometimes I may be the only person a client sees that day. Because of that I am always warm and friendly, and dedicated to improving the well-being of those I support. I look forward to caring for you too.

Diploma in Nursing, Diploma in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability), and Certificate III in Aged Care.

Australian born, native English.

CPR, First Aid, Infection Control, Manual Handling, Wound Management, Medication Assistance, Nursing Qualifications recognised by AHPRA, WWVP Registration, NDIS Clearance Check.
