I have experience working as a support worker, psychology allied health assistant, and Lifeline volunteer, which has helped me develop a flexible and adaptive approach to my work. I focus on empowering participants, understanding that each individual has unique needs, preferences, and goals. My work has primarily involved supporting neuro-divergent children and youths within a multi-disciplinary team. Communication plays a central role in my practice, as I often serve as the first point of contact between participants, their families, and clinicians. I believe that maintaining ongoing communication and strong relationships is key to supporting participants' recovery and growth.
