Maddie is a compassionate and energetic support worker with a Certificate III in Individual Support, NDIS clearances, and HCA training. With personal experience caring for a sister with bipolar and schizophrenia, and supporting her grandmother with dementia, she brings deep empathy and understanding to mental health care. Her hands-on experience is backed by extensive training, including infection control, medication administration, and effective communication. Outside of work, she enjoys soccer, outdoor activities, and gaming, and bringing a positive and outgoing energy to everything she does. 

Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability) and it currently studying Diploma in Community Services.
